1. General provisions
The german.lingolights.com operates in accordance with the rules defined in these Terms and Conditions.
The Regulations define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the german.lingolights.com party, the rules for the provision of these services, the conditions for concluding and termination of contracts for the provision of electronically supplied services, as well as the procedure for complaint proceeding.
Each Customer is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions while taking steps to use the Electronic Services of the german.lingolights.com
2. Definitions
Service provider - Adrian Pszczółka, Laliki 52, 34-373 Laliki, Poland, NIP: PL5532361221.
Customer - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to whom the law grants legal capability to use the Electronic Service.
Electronic service - a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Customer through the Website.
Newsletter – An electronically supplied service that allows the Customer to subscribe and receive free information from the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
3. Type of electronically supplied services:
- a) creating an account,
- b) access to the free content of the site,
- c) access to payable content of the site,
- d) use of the newsletter.
The provision of Electronic Services to The Service Recipients takes place under the conditions defined in the Regulations.
4. Conditions for the provision and conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronically supplied services.
The provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapters 3a, 3b, 3d, Terms and Conditions by the Service Provider is free of charge.
The provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter 3c of the Regulations by the Service Provider is payable. The period for which the contract is concluded depends on the subscription purchased (3 months, 6 months, 12 months) for a certain period of time from the date of purchase. The contract is terminated at the end of the subscription period. The expiration date of the subscription is available in the user panel under Subscription.
Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the IT system used by the Service Provider:
- - a computer with internet access,
- - access to e-mail,
- - web browser,
- - enabling Cookies and Javascript in your web browser.
The Customer is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good manners having regard to respect the personal and intellectual property rights of third parties.
The Customer is obliged to enter data in accordance with the facts.
The Customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
5. Withdrawal from the contract for the provision of services and complaint proceedings
The Recipient of the service has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, by sending a written statement to the address of the Service Provider given on the Contact page, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
The right to withdraw from the contract applies only if the Customer has not yet started using the purchased service.
The Recipient of the service has the right to file a complaint regarding improper performance of services, providing the following data:
- name and surname,
- account details: email, username,
- subject of the complaint,
- reason for the claim,
- date and signature.
The complaint should be sent to the email address provided on the Contact page.
The complaint will be processed within 14 days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content posted on the website at german.lingolights.com is protected under copyright laws and is the property of german.lingolights.com The Customer is fully liable for the damage caused to the Service Provider as a result of the use of any content of the german.lingolights.com website, without the consent of the Service Provider.
Any use by anyone, without the prior written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements consisting of the content or the content of the german.lingolights.com website constitutes a violation of the copyright of the Service Provider and results in civil and criminal liability.
